Our baguette is made with a sourdough starter, then is left to rest and develop flavors during 6 to 12 hours. The result is a light, airy, and crispy bread with a cream color crumb and a nice hazelnut taste. Orders must be placed at least twenty-four hours in advance, otherwise call one of the stores for product availability.
